10.) Do you feel completely safe your surrounding environment?
11.) Is the electricity and lighting good in your apartment?

I’d rather you guys just email I think it’s probably easier that way. As for now I am fine on money but I’ll keep you posted not sure yet. Juice plus would be nice. Carla sent me with some pills I have been taking not sure what they are but ask her. But I’ll definitely take juice plus. Ha ha bikes or cars - no I am my mode of transportation my good ol feet ha ha. Spanish is fine I just can’t understand the people at all cause they speak with a bad Guarani accent but I’ll get there. I don’t have dinner usually and lunch is usually top raman or crackers and cheese or something like that usually really light. And breakfast is a cracker cookie type thing and I try to have a fruit. with tons of water and poweraide mixed in all along that schedule. on average 5 to 14 miles depends. we took a taxi to Caacupe cause I had my bags but now we just take buses to Asuncion cause I don’t have bags. Safe enough I mean I don’t understand anyone but I’m never in danger and the people are all really nice. yeah our apartment is all good.

send this on for me so everyone knows

love ya

Hey Guys thanks for all your emails I’m going to have to print them off to read them all but thanks for keeping us up to date on everything. So Cathryn you’re going to laugh at me and everyone in Oregon and Utah too, but it has been cold this week ha ha its been in the 70´s but it’s cold. Grandma I used that coat this week. But today is pretty hot but nice. But for the most part this week it was rain. It rained so much this week I went to the bible and read the story of Noah’s ark and God promises never to flood the earth again but if you look in the fine print he says except Paraguay. ha ha Seriously I kinda felt like Noah giving people their last chance to repent and come to church before God wiped Caacupe out ha ha. That was me and Lombardos joke this week. So any way mom it thunders here but not anything like at home.  The thunder here is very weak and is just little rumbling in the sky. So as far as the work is going here, everything is going well we always have tons of people to teach finding people is never a problem everyone wants to listen to us but we have to decide who actually would be willing to be baptized and make and keep commitments. We have 3 solid people getting close to baptism their baptism date is set for the 12th so hopefully they come through and we get a baptism next week. I read a really good talk about the importance of the Book of Mormon and I have really been trying to share the Book of Mormon in everything we do.  I try and hand out BOM pamphlets everywhere. I will send the talk for you guys to read cause I liked it. Also can you send it to Cathryn?

So today we had a zone activity and we went into Asuncion and ate at TGI Fridays and that was fun it took forever to feed an entire zone of missionaries ha ha but it was nice to have American food. So that pretty much consumed all day riding buses into Asuncion and riding back. Then the funny thing is here in 30 minutes we are going to teach Spanish class.  From what Brian and Matthew always said I thought I would be teaching an English class but there is a German family here who we teach Spanish to so that is not exactly what I thought I would teach but it is fun.  So I have attached two pics of me one is of me and my comp on the balcony of our apartment about an hour ago and the other is of me holding a guava fruit thing that fell out of a tree and hit me on top of the head in the middle of a lesson ha ha. I was about to testify of Joseph smith, the restoration, and the book of Mormon and wham! right on top of the head that fruit fell ha ha Satan tries to bring us down any way he can.

So dad tell Greg Barber I saw a guy with like thirty piranhas on the corner this morning trying to catch a taxi I don’t know where he caught them but maybe somewhere close. Tell Greg I’m ready for piranha lures ha ha. Also Carla I take the multi vitamins everyday thanks I probably need them so thanks for taking care of me. Also packages and stuff come in just fine down here so feel free to send American food down to me ha ha. As far as dear elders I’m not sure yet cause I get those at district meeting and zone conference since I’m a ways out from Asuncion, but tomorrow is Zone Conference so I should be getting them tomorrow. But this is my new email address they changed it when I got down here so this is the one I use now fyi john.morgan@myldsmail.net  Also Carla I got both the emails you sent so both work. Sorry I don’t have time to go thru all the emails you all sent me But I’m going to print them off and read them and then Ill respond next week. sound good?

Ok so I’m having a hard time with the pics but I will send this email then send another in the next couple min. sound good?

Love

 John
