Colby Turns Two!!

This year we invited our good friends Kedrick and Lydia Morris (and their boys) and the Pyne's to come celebrate Colby's second birthday with us. We met at Zupas (poor John had 7 cavities that day and was so numb) and had dinner. Then we met at our place for cake, ice cream, and presents. I made the same cake as I did for John's birthday, but made a round one for my first time ever! 

Colby and Lincoln always have a fun time together and I would say they get along well. The Pyne's are sweet and bought Colby puzzles. We bought him sidewalk chalk, clothes, a coloring book, a toy excavator, and all the little construction toys on top of his birthday cake. He was so serious about us singing "happy birthday" to him and blowing out the candles, he was pretty tired, but he did it.

We are always grateful to our friends who come to celebrate the lives of the people we love with us. 

I can't believe Colby is already two and now considered a toddler. He is a sweet boy and learning new words every day. He makes us laugh a lot, gives us so many kisses (on our lips), likes Mickey Mouse, buses, trains, construction equipment, and eating. 

Happy birthday Colby Steven Morgan and thank you for being the one who made us parents! We are so blessed to raise you and hope that you will learn from our examples to always strive to be honest, respectful, giving, and show your love for our Lord by how you live. You will always hold a special place in our heart being our first born, we love you no matter what.
