We went on walks, swimming at Kaitlin's dads, ate dinner with her dad, went to Mall of America, walked around the lake, and went to the Salvation Army where the bottom floor is filled with Target items that had minor defects or were designs Target decided not to use. I wish we had a Salvation Army full of Target items here! Ha-Ha!
On Saturday I could not figure out why Colby was acting so grumpy. Kaitlin and Garrett were so nice to give me a break and take him to the park with them in the afternoon. In the Denver airport on Sunday (Mothers Day), I noticed blisters on Colby and that's when I figured out he had Hand, Foot, and Mouth. Thank goodness he didn't pass it on to Luke!! My poor baby got it from drinking a friends sippy cup when we were playing at the park the week before. We missed our flight to Salt Lake City, but that was ok. It gave Colby a chance to run around in the airport and we just played together.

John surprised me with signs in the car and all over the house when we got home. He made me such a yummy dinner and gave me a card that said we would go pick out new cross training shoes at Nike. :) Overall, it was so good to spend time with Kaitlin and I really enjoyed Mothers day!
