I came home... for a second!

I may have "come home" from serving my mission, but it seems I am never home!! :) I walk in my room, take the clothes out of my bag...only to fill it with new clothes, for a new trip. What is all this talk about, "feeling depressed" after being released from your mission?? I'm having a GREAT time!

At the end of July, Mom and I went to meet my newest nephew, Max! Mom and Jaime got so into planning mine and John's wedding, they were still doing little things after I left! That makes me smile...funniest part, he is still a missionary for 91 more days!

Anyways, I came home earlier than Mom....remember how I mentioned the whole...unpacking to pack again thing...this time I packed to go with John's Family (the Morgan's) to Lake Shasta! We all missed John of course and watching his awesome wakeboarding skills... but we still had fun!!

This last week my parents and I took a trip back to the mid-west, (Missouri and Kansas) where we "toured" parts of my mission. Dad and I had to give Mom a hard time about where we first stayed...I felt like I was in India not Lawrence, Kansas. But hey, she saved money. :)

We visited:
-Historic Liberty Jail
- Kansas City Temple
- Lawrence, Kansas
- Nauvoo and Carthage, IL
- Hannibal, MO
-Odessa, MO
-Independence Visitors' Center

I loved my mission and am grateful to have served in Zion.:)
