Hot and Cold, Yes then No

Although to some of you those might be the lyrics to a popular song but that has been exactly how this week has gone. Monday freezing cold, today super hot. Finding 3 new families to teach and then having 2 families tell us no. Its just been hot then cold, yes then no week. Best way to describe it.

So Virginia is looking to be a very cool convert with an incredible story I admire her courage and faith. Sarah is getting baptised this week Her and Ismael have been dating for 2 years and she has never once been interested or asked about the church and then when I got here I invited her to church and now 2 months later she is doing great. Just goes to show that the Lord is preparing the hearts of all his children by small and simple means to hear the gospel. Ismael and his family are so happy to have been the means of helping Sarah into the gospel. We truly have had such a little part it has really been Ismael and his family teaching Sarah we just come and ask for the commitments ha ha. so this week I also went on a division with a kid who looked like Harry Potter and everyone was asking me the next day why Harry Potter came out to work with me on Wednesday ha ha. it was super funny. Also one of the Elders in our ward finished his mission and his parents came down here and so it was cool to see them so happy and what not. they went to sacrament meeting and the people loved them they were like celebrities. It was pretty funny. I have gotten accustomed to how poor Paraguay is then talking to them it kinda hit me how poor Paraguay really is and how I truly am in a different world. I've just gotten so used to it that I forget that its not normal to see such poverty ya know? Well I am doing good not getting trunky, staying focused, just loving the mission, of course excited to be home but loving my time here in Paraguay. It truly has been a great place to serve I love Paraguay even though its really hot and sweaty and dirty sometimes. Well have a great week I love you guys

Love
