For Memorial Day weekend we drove to the beach after John got off work. We stopped in Portland at the Olive Garden because he had never been there so of course I had to introduce him to the best bread sticks in the world! Then we met my Mom, Nathan, Shiara, Owen, Matthew, Verenice, Eva, Grandma Patty and Aunt Sandy at the condo...yes it was very full but it was fun! We played boys vs. girls in pool bball, took walks on the beach and did the usual stuff downtown. I miss having fun and being with my favorite people in beautiful Oregon but this semester is going well..Ive never been busier that's for sure!

Penny surfingLOST CREEK LAKE 8/13-17
I wanted to post this forever but I have been waiting for pictures from the trip so....in August I went to Lost Creek Lake with John and his entire family...Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. We stayed at Stuart state park. It was really fun/hot. On Wednesday and Thursday we wakeboarded and then Friday we went rafting on the Rouge. It was a really good day to go rafting because it was 116 degrees!! Here are a few pictures of John and I and then Dallas(John's cousin who's one month younger than him and one of my favorite people!)
John had never been to Olive Garden? I guess when you grow up in Central Oregon, you don't get many chances. I just thought everybody had been there. Hope you're hangin' in there this semseter!
