E.T.E.R.N.I.T.Y

To my siblings and in-laws

I don't know what to even say but let me start with the reason I am writing this. I have had the feeling to write this blog for a while but kept ignoring it. Finally I decided that if the thought that I needed to write it wasn't going to go away, it's probably important. I feel so cheesy writing this but whatever. I just want my siblings to know how much I care about each one of them and that no matter how few times I get to see you a year or how little we talk on the phone that you guys will always be the most important people in my life and people that I care about above anyone else. We all get along so well and enjoy getting together because it's seriously so fun every time. We do a lot of cool things like the rafting and the snowmobiling and the vacation vacations and boating. I know that no family is perfect but that is what makes it so great. I love the family picture from this last summer because it's real. People get annoyed with each other or each others kids but no matter what happens and what hurtful words are spoken, families are eternal and that love is forever. I love being the youngest and being able to watch how everyone raises their children. I think you all are such great parents and your children will all make great differences in the world. Thank you for all the fun times and the good examples you are to me. I hope that I can be the half the wife and mother my sister and sister in-laws are one day.

  1. Cathryn - not cheesy at all. Thanks for your insightful perspective and for always being so willing to pitch in with all your nieces and nephews. Of course I am biased but I agree we are very blessed to have each other, and you are all my favorite people in the world!! Love Mom
