Cathryn's Mission Call

Well for those of you who do not know this..I opened up my mission call yesterday afternoon! I will be serving in the Independence, Missouri mission! I leave January 6th. I'm really really excited to serve and grateful for this opportunity! I know it will be one of the greatest experiences in my life.


My mission covers technically three states. As you can see a large part of it is Kansas, there's one town in Nebraska and two visitors centers in Missouri (Liberty and Independence). I get the best of both worlds.. I get to proselyte and serve in one or both visitors centers! The Liberty temple is currently being built so maybe I will get to do tours for it. :) Sorry all the pictures turned out blurry.

    This is so exciting! I'm serious, I cannot think of a better place to go. It will be amazing. And I'm glad you scanned in the letter and the map. It kind of gave me goosebumps to see President Monson's signature at the bottom. So, so cool! Congrats again.

    So happy for you both. I know you will treasure your mission experiences in the years to come and though you will be far apart you will have much in common and lots to share.
