Since I had Friday off for the fourth of July I decided to spend it with Steven and Kat. We got up early on Friday and went to the "Freedom Festival" in Provo to watch the air ballons launch, it was pretty cool! On Saturday Steven and I went 4-wheeling with his in-laws and then later in the evening Steven, Kat and I went up to the Shippens to hang out with Jaime and watch Scott and his brothers light off some awesome illegal fireworks. Scott jumped in the pool with his clothes on....because he is Scott! 
Sounds fun! Liked the Balloons that would be cool to see. Today is our sunnyest day of the 4th and of course it is Sunday. It has been a quiet weekend here.

ReplyDeleteThos balloons looked so neat! That would be fun to watch. Wow, it is nice that the Shippens are closer. Now it is like Utah is the place to be instead of Oregon, with half the kids there! Oh well, I'm sure you'll be back soon! I can't wait to see you in a couple weeks!
ReplyDeleteThe balloons seem much better than our 4th, it turned out to be rainy, so we traded the cook-out for some Chic-Fil-A.
